- 2 large bananas (cut into chunky pieces)
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups mixed berries (frozen, roughly 1/2 bag)
optional: 1/2 cup ice
Method: Juice oranges separately in a juicer (unless you are using bottled juice) and pour juice into a blender. Then add bananas and put berries on top. Blend for roughly 1 minute or till smooth. Serve and enjoy

- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 papaya
- 1/2 banana cut into pieces

- 1 avocado (remove skin and stone)
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1 cup green apple (cored)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (peeled and crushed)
Method: Blend all till smooth and enjoy.

- 1 large banana
- 1.5 cups strawberry
- 1 cup ice cubes
- a few mint leaves
Method: Blend all ingredients til smooth. Serve and enjoy a Wonderfully refreshing drink.

- 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (of your choice e.g rice milk)
optional: sprinkle with peanuts
Method: Blend all ingredients till smooth. Sprinkle nuts on top if you like. Enjoy
