Juicing will never be boring as there are so many flavors to enjoy, and you'll grow your taste buds along the way. You may select some ingredients purely on their taste and others for their nutritional value. The options are many, and I still enjoy experimenting with different ways to make juices.
Here is some of the most commonly used Juice ingredients:
Apples, pears, oranges, water melon, honeydew, kiwifruit, pineapple, grapefruit, peaches, tomatoes, lemon, lime, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, ginger, celery, cabbage, beets, capsicum, broccoli, radish, cucumber, spinach, sweet potatoes, fennel, cilantro, red onion, carrots, grapefruit, grapes, kale, parsley, wheat grass, watercress, mint...
Green apples work great as a sweeter as can be added to almost any juice. Ginger and mint adds a refreshing taste, although it may take a while for some to get used to, and gives a real energy boost.
