Flavored water is refreshing on a hot summer's day and a good alternative to plain water if you want to add a little "spice" without adding any artificial substances.
Here is some ideas to make flavored water:
The following is based on a standard pitcher or fruit infuser. If you are using a large jug or dispenser please adjust accordingly.
Method: Wash fruits and greens thoroughly, slice and add to a pitcher. Fill up with cold water and enjoy with ice cubes if you like.
Option 1 - Summer Boost:
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 orange
- a handful of strawberries
- a few mint leaves
Option 2 - Lemon & Lime:

Note: Also great with blueberries.
