Orange Juice Recipes

Orange Juice is probably one of the most common juices to go on the breakfast table, as it's refreshing and full of flavor. Additionally to being a great source of vitamins and minerals, oranges are relatively cheap and high in water content which makes them the perfect fruit to juice with.

Making your own freshly squeezed orange is very easy. You can simply squeeze the oranges by hand, use a citrus press or run them through a juicer.

If you squeeze them by hand you need to use a strainer unless you want the pulp, but this method will not provide as much juice as if juicing with a juice machine.

To make 1 glass of orange juice you'll approximately need 4 oranges (roughly 120 calories), so use this as a basic guide.
