Making your own freshly squeezed orange is very easy. You can simply squeeze the oranges by hand, use a citrus press or run them through a juicer.
If you squeeze them by hand you need to use a strainer unless you want the pulp, but this method will not provide as much juice as if juicing with a juice machine.
