Fruit Juice Recipes

If you are new to juicing the easiest way to start, is to juice entirely with fruit. Vegetable juice is to most people a bit of an acquired taste, so fruit juice is the easiest option to start with.

Fruit juices are easy to mix and match, and almost any combination will taste good. However, fruit juices are quite high in sugar, so it's a good idea to move on to vegetable juices as soon as you are ready.

Here is some quick and simple Fruit Juice Recipes:

Each combination will create 1 medium -  large glass of Juice depending on the size of the fruits you use.

Watermelon / Pineapple Juice:
1/2 pineapple
1/2 watermelon 
1 lemon


Apple Juice:
3 apples
1 lemon


Orange / Kiwi Juice:
2 kiwi fruits
1 orange
1 grapefruit


Strawberry / Orange Juice:
1 orange
1 cup of strawberries
1/4 pineapple


Peach / Pear Juice: 
2 peaches (seeds removed)
1 apple
1 pear


Lime Juice:
1/2 lemon
1/2 lime
1 apple
1 cup of grapes
1 teaspoon ginger


Cherry Juice:
1 cup cherries
1 cup blueberries
1 apple


Mango mix Juice: 
1/2 mango
1 kiwi fruit
1 orange
optional: add 1/2 lime
